First I fell for the rockford punch 200 dsm, then I fell even harder for a fosgste power 300 had them on 2 jl audio 12w5's it was awesome.

the first amp I fell in love with was the rockford P1000. I tell this story to everyone, but I had a hifonics brz1700 on 2 p3 15's and then I had a earthquake Ph-D10000 on the same setup, then I just randomly decided to put a P1000 on the setup temporarily and I was sooooo surprised. It s@*t on both the other amps and was rated 700 rms less than the hifonics and 2000 rms less than the earthquake! It was such a beast and I've been on rockford amps ever since. However, I did just get my first Sundown amp

2 Power 650's I hate you! **** hoarder! heh

My best friend growing up had a Power 1000 on 2 of the first power series 18's RF made and I really liked it. Then I seen the chrome Power 1000's with the led's and I drooled. What a great thread. My favorite amp was my Nakamichi 75 x 2 but after it was stolen I could not find another one (pre-Internet days). My second favorite amp was my Hafler ma4 and you guys talking about the old Rockford's would really love the Hafler since Hafler was the premier version of Rockford at the time

Have a few. Cadence Z1200 was my first sub amp. Class A/B with a .05%THD at rated power doing 1400+@1. Sounded great. Second was my Eclipse XA5000. Full range class D on all channels also sounded amazing. And then my AudioSystem Twister F6. Made in Italy, and obviously its going to sound great being a sister company to Masconi.
