One thing...did you countersink the screwheads? They look like they're sitting on top, which will make carpeting a little more difficult.

ill take it that you didnt. go to home depot and buy a countersink bit for like 10 bucks or less and countersink it

They make countersinking bits designed for the purpose...basically making an angled hole for the screw to go into, so the head of the screw fits flush with the rest of the baffle. Pretty much required if you want a clean edge.

i was messin with you about that stuff bro, it looks really good to be honest. countersink bits just open up the wood so your screw head goes deeps, or even with the wood surface.
