Finding subwoofer infor thru SKU

I was wondering if there is any possible way that i can find out if i ran my SKU number on the net or through the manufactor if they would be able to tell me exactly what my speaker is and what ohms it is at. The reason is because i bout a subwoofer and on the magnet sticker it says dual 4 but the guy i bout it from says its a dual 2 and it also said that on the shipping box, I bought a Cerwin Vega stoker and i was just wondering when they made the special edition dual 2's did they not make new magnet stickers stating dual 2 or is this punk ass dealer pulling my leg and false advertised. I wanted to save some time instead of getting an ohm reader but if thats what it boils down to i will. thanks:crazy:

you can get a multimeter for like... $10... and you really should have one anyway... I have one in my car at all times....

I think my dad has one but i dont like ****in wit his ****. Hey u should have went up to this comp up at audio f/x up on woodman yesterday it was ok.

So i went back and looked at some messages that me and the other guy were replying to each other and he says that the manufacture put the wrong sticker on u think thats possible and he said they wrote D2 on the magnet sticker. its not a problem wit me jus want to kno the best way to wire my sub so i can get the max ut of it, ya feel me
