He called me back. Said he had offered his buddy the $500 and the dude is still wanting to at least look at the car. He supposed to look at it Sunday. Im supposed to get a call Sunday regardless of how it works out.

So I have officially done everything in my power to purchase this vehicle thats about the only relief I have. I feel better now, still sad but not freaking out depressed. So "money talks and bullshit walks" doesnt always stand true if a promise is involved unless you are filthy rich.I think the offer I have given is more than fair. Im out of money and out of options.

Oh one other funny tidbit:

A previous owner that I called like a week ago finally called back to tell me who they sold it to. Well his wife called anyways. After I already found the car. I still thanked them for calling back though.

Update!

Ok heres the latest. The other interestd party test drove the car today. Come to find out they are actually wanting to buy the car for their son. From what I gather the dad thinks the car might be a little to hot for his boys first car and the mother is totally against it.

Also he agreed that if the other dude does not buy it hes not going to charge me my full offer only the asking price. WHOOOO HOOOOO!

That means I might actually be able to tag and insure it the next day.
