if you look close you will notoce it is all loose peices....

it's not even screwed together yet....got to 45* the port

wall and the corner yet..I'll have updated pics later

All I can say is WOW! I just read this thread in it's entirety. Very nice fabrication work and setup you have going. My friend owns a car shop and has switched over to the JBL lineup and I've been pretty impressed with everything in their audio arsenal. Nice to see a build of "what can be" using the JBL equipment. That test box is pretty nice, I may have to pick your pocket for that baby. What are the dimensions on your initial test box for the single?

the whole interior will be black so the graffitti on the door

will be covered up with black vinyl to match the front doors

What size and tuning are you looking at? If I see line written on the wood to extend the port towards the driver, it looks like you're going to have a very long port. That last sentence didn't make much sense haha.
