Finally made my $5000 in 1 month ;)

Yea, the last deck I worked on we were trying to convince the owner to go composite. He just didn't get it. We ended up using 5 quarter board, and I was over fixing a deck board 2 months ago, everything was off. It looked like crap, and he was complaining about it trying to say it was our fault for building it wrong. I just smiled and finished my work and got out of there.

Either way excelent work man!!! Looks very good, I wish I had taken some pics of the houses I've done and worked on. Nothing like seeing somthing come together like that, especailly a house...

Thanks again for the comments guys, I do like the look of wood and composite, both have pros vs cons, and as far as coming back to replace warped, or shrinking boards is just a pain. I love to do good work, and make ppl have a wow factor when they see what was and what is, its a pretty good feeling. But as far as my rates go, ( especially now since i am doing larger projects ) I like to be fair to the homeowner and not screw myself either. And as i see it i would never make $5100 on 22 days of work on payroll, so its still pretty ok //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif .. And the more i learn and the faster I get the more i'll charge, but for now its great, because rich ppl like to show off there toys, homes etc So when there other doc friends are over and my name gets referred to them, and at a good price, I hope I'll keep making this kind of money
