It's a prong type voice coil, so the wire is crimped in a connector that it pretty much safe.Just remember that if the wire in there is loose, it could ground out on the basket of the sub or something. So you may want to get it all wired back up before you play it again.
If that's the case then how can it be loose? It's a prong type voice coil, so the wire is crimped in a connector that it pretty much safe.
because for whatever reason the connector terminals were a little loose. When he connected the wires on the second sub (the one that works) he had to tighten them up a little. If that's the case then how can it be loose?
Yeah, you'll definitely have to call them. The 12's are just $77 each. How did you get a hold of them? I have e-mailed them several times over the course of many months and received no answer. I would be looking for a single 12" and with a price of 67$ for a 10", the 12" can't be too much higher and that's a great price. I can't call them because we have no long distance carrier... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif I'm gonna have to find some way to call them though I bet.
