u just need to add some mdf ribs on the bottom and walls and throw like another 3 layers on and u'll be straight

the bracing it's done and it's so solid now.

i can lift it all grabbing only one piece of mdf bracing.

also now you get the point of the angled wooden circles.i have cut the front of the box.

now it's the baffle's turn...

That box is gonna flex horribly....Take ramos's advice and glass some MDF ribs into the walls.
