Fiberglass still soft after two days

I belive in one are, the batch of fiberglass I made did not have enough hardener. Now it is kind of mushy in one place and hard everywhere else. I let it sit for two days while I was on vacation. I assume it would have dried by now if it were going to. Can I paint on some hardener with a paint brush or just mix a new batch and try again?

I used the paper mache method of dipping the fiberglass and it worked well. If you want I can post some pics.

you didn't mix well the hardener with the fiberglass.

lay one more hand fiberglass mixed with hardener or spray hardener over it and let it dry.

just mix up anopther batch but instead of mixing the hardener at a 1% resin to hardener ratio mix it at maybe 4-5% and add 1 to 2 layers of glass over top making sure to really saturate the mat, this time it should be done by painting the resin on instead of dipping it in the resin, this way you'll paint it into the soft spots and this will allow everything to cure together

Why not just mix up a small "hot" batch of resin and brush it on the soft area. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
