fi x 10 d4 special order?

just got one of these on ebay. the guy had six and 2 are still up for sale. 145 free shipping. they claim 1000 rms. they seller said they were special order w the b power option and dual voice coils. i got it to put in my buddys zx2 so i could care less about if it wasnt the best buy because he likes the look of fi subs but he doesnt know a thing about audio. i got 200 for it from him and i have yet to build a box for it, so first of all id like to ask if anyone can tell me if they know about these and secondly i need help with box design for an sq system on 500 watts.

Does he have paper work to prove such upgrades? Is he saying they are 1k rms each or 1k for the pair?

doubt they will handle 1k each, maybe 600 or so tops I would go to one if all the upgrades are legit

1k each there were 6. im only running it at 500 but i will test it. it is dvc from the factory, i can tell it hasnt been messed with, its a 3 inch coil as well.
