FI Shipping issues

because people already told you the answer, what else do you want. second one is being built and will ship out. your sonic order came in at once because all of it was in stock. if 2 things were not in stock, you would have not gotten those in your shipment. but once they receive them, they ship your shit out quickly. thats it. nothing else to say!
get over it and dont read the thread. if you dont like whats going on here then mind your own buisness. .do me a favor. go to ure bed. lay down and dig real deep and pull that stick outta ure ***

 
yeah i trust them to take care of it i was just trying to find out from other people from FI if its normal as this is my first time dealing with FI. just hopin they respond to my emails soon:)

But again, to keep prices low and custom build to order takes a lot of time each day just to make that happen. I know Scott is commited to those two things and IMO that is worth a lot. I am sure this will get sorted out. :p

yeah right before i bought the FI me and scott were shootin emails back and forth for quite a while. i cant say that about any other company i was going to buy from they just completely ignore you if the email isnt a order. thats alot of the reasons i bought FI. very good customer support and he was patient with every dumbass question i had

 
Well, to be fair to the OP, unless they build the motors in house and they have the motors pre-built, assembling a sub shouldn't take too long.But if they had to build the motor, I could see it taking a while.
We do everything in house, there is no dropping stuff together and slapping a label on it and out the door it goes.

Every motor goes across the CNC at some point in time in some way or form.

Many times people will order one sub, then turn around a few days later and decide that they want another one. What they do not understand is that we build every single one per what is ordered. Then they expect to get them at the same time. We've also had them get separated in shipping. UPS has lost a few subs for a couple days and then they magically find it...and they show up a few days apart from each other. There's nothing we can do about that.

Email me all of your info, and i'll get you taken care of asap. (Name, address, what you ordered, when you ordered, options etc.)
