Fi recone vs psi recone

I just bought a used fi bl 15 and I want to recone it, what's the absolute best drop in recone I can get for it? Any and all suggestions are welcome.

Fi knows there subs well. What's the reason for recone? Smoked coil? Sagging suspension? Wrong impedance? What options did the sub have?

Both are good options.

PSI if you want diff color cone or some crazy pink stuff.

It's a d1 and it's been beat to death and is very broken in, just wanting the bed output for my sub.

I vote FI just because psi always has that surround that's too fat and wide, I just love the look of a tall high roll surround, althouh i have seen other psi recones with it just never with the ones i have bought lol

Tall surrounds look the best BY FAR!!! only reason I loved my dd 3512. Wish the subs I have now had high surrounds and they'd be perfect. But these are eh. Don't like ripple surrounds. Wanna recone em just for that reason.

nice...I may have to do that when I get this 2002 RE XXX =] What I really wanna do is learn how to rebuild them myself....anyone know how hard that is to do?
