highly doubt Fi said anything along those lines, i've always heard good things about their support. if that's true then that's sad, seems they have gotten big enough to lose their personal touch

that's still troubling. maybe they have a different email for technical questions. i'd just head over to their forum and probe around. or do some intense googling
