alright sound good...

so basically im maxing out the electral and it can only put out about the amount the rf does, then all rest of the wattage is lost..

If you're getting serious voltage drops, the big 3 will help, but it wont solve the problem. Test @ the amp and see what watts it's putting out. Watts = Volts x Amps.

i still dont think you would notice that much of a difference regardless, like everyone said:

1. ur amp does rated

2. as it is u need a better electrical to get rated

3. RF is more efficient and underrated

4. even if you doubled your wattage and gained 3db.. as a rule of thumb, it would only be a slight difference.

get the electrical up to par and then see how it doess from there
