FI audio phone number>??

guy here on the forum i guess works for fi told me what they could do... they can recone them u just have to send the motors in for them to machine them and fit a basket to them

I metered my R last night it sucked....in this old box i had tuned to 30 with aeros did 142.7@36hz.....wayyyy off the res freq of 51hz...but i like it for daily

 
i think im just going to do 1 18 or 15 idk... if 02parkave comes through im just going to rebuild 1 of the 3hp's to a 15 with alum cone.... im just lookin for mid 140's for daily

Reconing another company's subwoofer is not top priority on their list of things to do. They make next to nothing on those recones...

customer is a customer in my opinion not who is going to spend the most money... weather its reconing a different kind of woofer or reconing there own woofer.. or even someone buying new woofers from them every customer should get treated the same not just pushed to the end of the line... imma pass the fi recone anyway and ndmstang i sent a email over a week ago about reconing these 3hp's with no response yet... but i sent a email through my shops email the other day regarding 24 SSD 15's for a demo truck and it was replied the next day...

shawn i dont have ur email and iv tried ur aim over and over again... i know ur a busy man but i have tried aim and every time i tried ur were not on so i then resort to email scott.... but anyway i still think Fi needs a better way of helping customers with maybe a phone number to call or a live online help chat... but i will not put shawn down he has helped me when i needed help

Swapping over to Outlook from OE and it marked everything as "read" instead of things unread. Taking longer to go through and see what needed and didnt need to be replied to by checking and comparing sent email now.

Reason for swap is so that I have access on the road and everywhere to email all the time.

Nick and Shawn help tremendously with emails being in VA and FL, but we do need another in house person to help take care of the close to 100+ emails we get a day. I simply run out of hours in the day to take care of things.

Game plan is in effect and we are crossing of thing on that list to get more info up on the site which will help, add separate emails for specific things as well as forms to fill for recones so that we know all the info before we go back and forth 3 times to get all the info needed. We are working on things and customer service is our #1 priority, and as many know that includes people that arent using our products (for recones or simply enclosure or system help).

Ill see if the latest PITA for email pushes things behind the 100 email a day limit and if it does Ill have to make a post for people that have emailed recently to do so again.
