They made mine in about two weeks they were ready a week before I needed them.

if that neo isn't high temp is not much benefit.

alnico is a great magnet to use but they are very expensive. the open architecture cooling ends up hurting the driver because they don't have any defined channels to cool the coil.

it looks pretty cool and should be alot cheaper.

The neo isn't directly in the gap, even if it isn't high temp it's not going to be degraded. I had people tell me my Z's would degrade all the time, especially since they were a tight gap.... still pulled off a better score than said people with 8 year old soft parts and motors that had never been recharged.

ive seen motors(steel topplat) get over 200 degrees ESP in the summer..

i know its not directly in the gap but the top and bottom plater get hot the coil get up to 450 degrees and the air around hte coil is often above 200 degrees.

sure i could over saturate the steel to account for the losses but there lies more problems and resistance and magnetic pathways become more restrictive and less linear. im not going to get into this becasue it works but it is flawed..
