Trimmed em.. but I was too busy to do anything else, including take pics of my new amp that showed up today.

ah well, I'll probably cut rings and mount them up tomorrow.

Got a cold + work and holiday = not much done. I did this though.. I wasn't enthused enough to flush mount them, no energy, barely got this much done, haha.

i dunno if they quite got the cool shape i was looking for, I'll prolly test fit them in the trunk to check before i actually glass them.

Looks pretty good, but I am by far not an expert on fiberglass. Good luck on the rest of the install and pics of the car on air!

And yes, when my Park Avenue has 20's and air ride I do consider it slightly more stylish than others on the road. Sorry.

Alrighty, here's what I ended up with. I was going to cover them with the grey-ish velveteen on the air ride mounting board, but I couldn't find any, so I got blue and grey vinyl. I've never done vinyl before so I'm not too dissipointed in this for a first time.

The amp rack will have the greyish vinyl on it. Not sure what I'm going to do with that yet.. I'm waiting for my amp to be repaired because it was DOA.

All those wires and stuff will be hid under the amp rack board. The LOC goes behind the tank, it was just out because I was futzing with it.

not bad but why not put that little extra time in to sand/bondo/paint?

it would look ten times better painted imo

but it still came out very nicely, good job
