When you use Aero ports, do you make the box the recommended sealed or ported size before adding the ports? Is 2 3" ports (about 13 inches long each) big enough for 2 Memphis PR 10's, or will there be port noise?

You make the box recommended ported size and you need to account for the displacement of the aeros. So figure out how many cubic feet your aeros take up and add that to the recommended cubes needed.

do you have the 3" ports? i'd do a single 4" port instead, which is about 12in^2 of port

I asked because I thought on The Guide to Aeros that he was saying something about making a sealed box? The port will be external so I don't think I need to worry about port displacement?

Why do you suggest a single 4"? Is it just because it's less pipe, cheaper price, or because you think one would sound better?

Why did you guys stop responding? If I use PVC, how long do I make the length? Using the PSP calculator how much length does that to the pvc since it has no flare?
