Feedback?

I've recently gotten a new cellphone and when I'm on Pandora from my phone to my radio in my Jeep I'm getting feedback? or some high pitched noises . I replaced the cable but that doesn't seem to be the problem. Any help would be appreciated.

What happens when you play from a different program on the phone, say YouTube or the built in music player? Try Pandora in a different vehicle?
