Feedback issue

I don't know if there is a problem with my account, or a system wide issue, or maybe I just don't understand the rules, but I have been trying to leave feedback about a seller in the Classified section. When I click on the member's profile, then click on feedback, etc. I get a message that I can't leave any more feedback today. I have been trying for over 24 hours so I would assume the restriction is tighter than one feedback per day. BTW, It's positive feedback.

You can only leave 2 maximum feedbacks per day. This helps stop spamming and abuse of this feature. Have you left a feedback today for someone else?

37 posts total. I doubt it. If its an older thread it wont work. I sold a few items about 1 month or so ago and at the time the feedback was broken. The links dont work because they dont have a post number in the thread title by default. How old is the thread?
