Several bugs with site. Banner ad is in the way of notifications etc

I seldom ever came here in the past because I never could get it to load. Then there for a while it seemed like you had gotten your shit together & everything worked great. Now the site is slower than death to load any pages. The banner ad up top is in the way of my notifications so I have to right click & open a new window to read PMs. When writing PMs or posting in advanced, I can't see several of the words to the right because of the smiley box. Ther's no remember me box to check so I have to sign back in over & over. The link strip above gallery, quick links etc is all jumbled & I can't make any of that out. When I do get the notifications to work, sometimes it takes me to my subscribed threads instead of my PMs. WTF? lol
