Indoaudio, they are horrible about shipping and customer service period. If you get it better make sure it works well because if you ever have to send it back you may now get a working one back. If you get this first package in the first place.

Well idk, they answered all my emails quickly, and I got shipping insurance. The item was described as brand new in box so if it is anything less, they'll be hearing from me. I knew there had to be some downfall since their prices are 5-10 bucks cheaper than everyone elses.

Well i sent them another email. obviously it didn't ship out today so i'm just gonna be a royal PITA until it gets shipped. I'm not taking chances if their shipping is supposedly so bad.

Yes they deliver on Saturdays if its residential. No there is no extra charges. Its called Home Delivery as opposed to ground.

Well, i'm just hoping they get this thing on the Fedex truck in good shape because I have insurance from there. Don't believe I'll be dealing with them much anymore.

If they are so bad, how do they have 98.5% feedback out of 45,000+?

It was delayed in our warehouse due to some issues, finally being resolved,and will be taken care of shortly.
