For a real answer - it almost is, those subs have single 4 ohm voice coils and that amp puts out 2x 120 watts @ 4 ohms if I read it right. The subs take 150 rms, but the amp puts out 30 less than that. If you did end up buying it, you'd be disappointed. Get something else.
