fast battery ?

i read the other post and did a search but i need a clearer answer. whats the best battery to run a high HP turbomotor but keep up with the demands of a 1ohm load from my amp and supply all my guages and neons. i dont wanna put a piece of shit in there. i have a 3g alt with 0/1 guage runs. thanks for the help!
