Factory Sub and Alpine 9833 in 2005 Wrangler Unlimited

Yo! So, after my car was detailed and a tech went overboard on the Armor All, my factory deck in my '05 Unlimited died a slow and painful death. I threw an Alpine 9833 deck that I had laying around into the Jeep. HERE IS THE PROBLEM:

The factory sub is not kicking at all....I have sound through all the speakers but absolutely nothing coming from the sub...which is making for a real crappy ride to work..actually to anywhere. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get the sub and the deck to co-exist? And yes, I know, I should just go aftermarket and screw the 8"-inch sub....
