factory radio question

my friend has a 02 toyota rav4.He want to put a little bump bump in it.. So he came to me ,but the question I have is on a factory radio how would u hook the amp up.I have only hooked up after market radios ....this would help me too know in the future...

You need to purchase a Line Out Converter (LOC). It takes the high level speaker outputs and turns them into line level outputs that the am can use. Or, you can get an amp that will accept speaker level inputs as signal.
