Facing subs ???

ok as everyone knows i guess......well several test that i seen and heard that when facing the subs fireing towards the back of the trunk it is usually louder......but what i need to know is if i face my subs fireing to the sky but make the slot port face the back of the trunk will it cause cancellation or not??? i need to know before i choose my setup

why would you want to face subs up? just curious:eyebrow:

 
easier to fit larger subs that way.

only way to see if you get cancellation is to try it. every application is different and its impossible to tell before you try. The general rule of thumb is to place sub and port on the same plane.
