5-7 could be money. i dont know how your axle is, but rangers need a flip kit, meaning the axle is below the leaf springs, and i want to say i think f150's are the same. they sell the kits, pretty much it flips the axle to the top of the leaf springs. in more cases than not, that alone gives you 5 inches, then get some 2 inch angled blocks. only deal then, is your going to need a notch in the back, most likely just a little bolt in one that u can just cut out of the frame then just bolt it on to clear the axle
