f150 2016, adding amp and sub

Hi, I want to install a sub in my 2016 f150 non sony no sub.

I have a old Alpine mrp-f250, 4 channel, can I hook it up to drive a sub? how many watt sub can I install 4ohm or 2 ohm

plus Im installing this keeping the oem radio, so I have to tap in rear speaker wiring to get signal(not sure which one) but my amp require a rca line in? so how I can connect those together? and finally do I need to connect the remote wire? if its yes where?
