Assuming that you may actually be facing a lawsuit, your best bet is not to discuss the facts of the case. Granted, reading threads on ca.com is probably not their typical way of proving their case -- but it sounds to me like they are going to be asking to take a peek at your computer (although perhaps you will be able to avoid that with respect to the pc you are currently using since you did not have it back then)
