IRC is the shit, pretty much music downloading is the small fish there.

There are movies, games, drugs, all types of pr0nz, and other crazy shit being traffik'd through that client.

IRC was good about 3 years ago back when the major servers like Efnet and Undernet were at their peaks. I used to be able to queue up a few cd's, put on auto accept, and go to sleep. When I would wake up they would be in my download folder. I tried going to these rinky dink servers awhile ago and I had to babysit my computer since no more than 5 minutes into joining the server I was getting bombarded with attempts to send me viruses.

....theroticly....what if somone had a unsecured wifi router??? no evidence on the computer (as it was new), maybe the person didnt really download the music it was one of those evil hackers?? there burdin of proof...

can they only catch you when you use P2P programs? what about torrents? or forums that people post megaupload and rapidshare links for albums that theyve hosted on that there?
