f-150 sa-8 build

what's up guys. currently working on a build for my friends 07 f150 extended cab. thinking about going 2 SA- 8's only thing is don't know too much about them and you guys all say they beat so i certainly take your word for it he just wants to know what 2 of them are going to sound like and what set up to run only using 2 woofers. ported or sealed the way to go for these? and he doesn't want to even build them if they're not going to be louder than our other friends f150 with his JL tw5 on a slash500. so just looking for some general info and advice on the 8's and this build thanks guys.
You will have to tell me how this goes man... I think Im gunna try 4 in my F-150 if I dont sell it for an SVT

This should make everyone laugh... Similar to the OP's friend, I am replacing a JL Audio 13w6v2 loaded stealthbox with a pair of 8s. I already know the 8s will be louder from 40 Hz on up, but, if they play louder below 40 Hz, I am going to laugh my azz off!

depends on what u want. do u want good lows, or do u just want the overall loudest sound?

tune 32-34 for good hard lows, tune 35+ for spl, u would hit higher on the meters, and it will probably sound louder

better n reverse ill keep you informed on the f150 build bro. guys what do you think ditch my p3 10's in my 4 door tacoma in a sealed box for 4 SA-8's and try to port the box somehow or what's your call?
