F-150/ Jensen help

I have a Jensen VM9312 deck in my truck. I put a Pioneer amp and some shitty free sub from a friend. I have it all hooked up right but my amp only turns on when i use the radio. It turns off when i swith to disc or i pod. When i go to the hardware settings it doesnt matter if the subwoofer is set to on or off. It just plays like a regular speaker. I put the y-link rca cable from the deck into the amp because the deck only has one subwoofer output.

So my question is does anyone have experience with setting up a Jensen deck with an amp/subwoofer? Any ideas on how i can get my amp and sub to turn on when i use my ipod or cd player? Im not very good with electronics and wiring so if you could dumb it down for me that would be grealy appreciated. Thanks

blue/white = remote amp turn on

blue = antenna power wire

you have them mixed up fo sho
