Oldschool Rockford caps are still crap, yes. I don't care what audio brand it is.So even oldschool products from some mainstream companies like hifonics, orion, and fosgate are garbage??? This is a pre-china cap is it not?

So if you knew the answer already, then why did you create this thread to begin with? Because to me, you sounded unsure. I just went back and re-read your 1st post.Guys this is old news. i was seriously only asking if you can run a cap with a battery(Example: if it would send a bad code or cause a shift or instability in voltage), rookie question i know but i didn't know. Stop changing the subject.. I would never run a cap for a serious reason in my serious setup.... I personally believe any and all (inlcuding maxwells and other fancy pants caps) are a gimmick... Buy a battery.
