1) get a tape measure

2) pop the panel off and measure the size of the door, length and height, and any dished spots

3) buy deadener to apply to that area

4) apply

I used Dynamat Extreme on mine. Marked where the panel stopped with masking tape. Then removed it and covered the entire area under/behind the panel. Also removed the rear wiper assembly and put a plug where the mount was attached. Got sick of it rattling.
