"Not just for the money, but period, JL Audio makes the best subs in the work. The speaker bearing is second to none, and the basket is perfect. It controls air flow perfectly, so that you get the most out of the sub. The best box for them is a JL stealth box. They come pre-tuned for 16-31hz, so you'll never find a more perfect box. As far as mid-basses, the only way to go is a Focal 7" kevlar. MB Quart makes the best 4" driver and 1" tweeter. Tweeters belong in the kick panel, pointed at the person driving. Tweeters are directional, so putting them in the dash makes them useless, because the windshield will cancel the sound."
