catch is your not buying the building its just for the inventory and display stuff.

and what's the point right? might as well keep your $120k and buy your own inventory.

these dudes probably lost their shirt, and are just trying to recoup some of the loss. This is what our economy has produced.

must have a real nice clientele there. With 700k net thats like having 2 people a day put in $1,000 worth of equipment.

700k GROSS... wonder what their margins are? 25%? That would be 175k NET.

The margins on product would be less, however the after sales service would be quite high. I'm sure the owner is pulling a nice wage from it plus getting everything written off at the same time...
