I miss my old Siberian Husky also. He died a few years back. Have not had a dog since. He was a very old dog. I would say he had to be atleast 17 maybe 18 years old.

Had a rottie growing up. Very good dogs. loving, smart, loyal to the day they die. Literally. He was 15 years old, had a myriad of really bad issues. Could barely even stand up but he'd still follow me to every room. I should have put him down years before he died. We let him live in a lot of pain :/. I was on high school christmas vacation at a friends house for 2 weeks. I think he saw that as i was gone and he didnt have to protect me anymore. He crawled onto the porch next to my mom. Put his head on her lap and died.

Loyal to the day they die.

Current dogs are lab/shephard mix. Very intelligent medium sized dogs. No real health issues to speak of. Dont bark unless its something important. Great dogs
