what do you guys think about the cadence QXR-7 equalizer...

The QXR-7 is designed for sound quality audiophiles seeking to custom tailor their crossover functions and frequencies to multi-amp sound systems. The crossover slopes can be programmed to either a steep 18dB or a gentle roll-off of 6dB. All frequencies are fully adjustable and you can multi-link two QXR-7's for additional 6 channels of output. if that's not all that great... anyone have any suggestions on a good EQ with a price tag of about 100-150 bucks??? i think i can get this cadence for under 45 bucks...
