Epicenter port noise

I have a SA classic with a ct sounds 1500d and i installed my epicenter and it makes a lot of port noise. Any ideas?

I have a SA classic with a ct sounds 1500d and i installed my epicenter and it makes a lot of port noise. Any ideas?

An epicenter usually boosts bass, so it may not be port noise but a faulty box. Like a loose panel flexing due to higher internal pressure.

The epicenter is most likely boosting frequencies that are below the tuning frequency of the box. Try raising your subsonic filter frequency.

Port noise is usually due to the port being too small. What size is the box, port, etc.

The box is 22.5 x 17 x 15 inches, the port is should be about the height of 12-13 inches and im not sure on the specs of width and length
