Enersys is the parent company of odyssey batteries. Which makes stinger and the Batcap 4000 as well. The data safe batts are great. Just not as a starting battery

Not a Starter....Dam they look like awesome batts. What makes it no good under the hood?

Even in cased it would still be susceptible to heat? Or is it jus not built to be a starter?

Any suggs on a starter batt then?...or would i need 1? Im jus putting a zx350.4 n a Camry with some Kappa's. All stock elec rite now....

Why not just put in the back as a secondary

Big 3 kit would prolly be all you need

Urs under the hood?

No its too big I had 2 under the back seat of and 07 classic Silverado fed by 1/0 with the big 3 pushing an warn 8k winch about 200amp of lights and my sound system which was 2000w total. With the factory alt I could run anything fine as long as I left one of the 3 out.

Winch and lights was good

Winch and sound was good

Sound and lights was fine

But never all 3 I had 2 130ah ones with a 60ah factory agm and a 160amp alt
