Enclosure size for phoenix gold 12

I'm going to be building a box for my phoenix gold octane-r12...Going to be using 250rms watts. No limit on box size... This is going to be a SQ box, so I was thinking 2.5 cubic feet, tuned to 30hz. Does that sound like it would work? What would you run?

i had a single octane 10" in a 2cuft @ 28Hz and i did love how it sounded. i was using a JL 500/1 to power it.

im sure you can go a bit bigger on the enclosure to gain more output from the sub.
