Im either going to be buying a 15 inch obsidian sub or a 15 inch AQ SDC 2.5. and as sad as this sounds im going to be getting a pre fab box. I know there not optimal but i dont want to build one/have one built. So i understand its hard to do this but could someone mabey give me a link to a "good" ported prefab box for a single 15? I drive a 08 ford focus sedan.

Also, where the hell do i buy obsidian subs?? I went to there website and it says i have to pre order them... IS there a place i can just buy them and have em shipped right away? Because those subs look amazing and cheap. Thanks for any help.

but they are built to order like dc .if you want a sub to order and ship asap then the xfl 1522 is what you want ,or the sa if they are in stock

That is completely false. The drivers are not built to order. They are nothing like dc audio.

Obsidian subs are very nice for sure. We have had a good bit of experience with them since their release. The newest version is well worth getting your hands on if you are looking to upgrade over the the SDC 2.5 they are a great option.

However, a prefab enclosure is in no way what anyone on this site will suggest. You will get far more output out from your subs with a custom enclosure designed around the product and application.

As for them being like DC Soundlab...they are nothing even remotely similar and the price structure allows for far better "bang for the buck" then DC Soundlab offers.

Yea prefabs ****. But i have a small trunk and not much room for a big box. I want to gain some trunk space back until i get a SUV then im gona build my own box/have one made. Im no longer ordering the obsidian. I tryed but i woudnt even get it until july lol. Think i might try the RE *** 15. lol it wont let me type the model number of that sub haha.
