No. If you use more than 1 port, divide the volume of the box by the number of ports then calculate using that number with the size (cross sectional area) of the port you intend on using. You can use different sizes of cross sectional area but the length will change.

You could try to make the port longer, but there might be other reasons with the box won't extend lower, or even the sub. You'd have to reverse...
