Holy crap. I didn't even notice dude was from BC. That is one of the first crazy box builds I have seen around these parts.

I know a guy that competes in MECA that got a box built by Thumper. It's doing 147's at the headrest in the 30 hz range with two 12's and a bit of power. They seem to be solid boxes.

how long does it take you to build a box like that? what kind of equipment do you use? does drilling holes along your relief cuts help it bend or is that for something else?

i believe for the kerfing he uses a table saw, just lowers the blade.. and the holes are to allow the resin to seep in.. im pretty sure.. i think i remember him telling me that on another forum..
