haha. math isnt my subject either. believe me! but yea you can get away with that space.. all i was saying was the subs will play more effeciantly in a bigger box... like my subs could be in a 20 cubic ft box but i dont feel like doing a wall in my car. haha... but i guess just do what you gotta do.. if the box is strong and you have the power and electrical it should slam none the less ... soo good luck with the build !!!

i know exactly how that goes.. i saw 4 12" dd 2500s on ebay for pretty cheap so i bought them instead of reconing my 18" mt's.. after i realized i made a big mistake i sold the 12's. reconed the 18's and now im happy.. even though my electrical system is slacking it still slams.. i need more runs of power and a couple runs of ground along with my kintetiks need to get in my car asap... other than that its pretty good.. i do have extreme flex though which probably kills a few db's/ so im probably going to invest into some dynamat and a few other mods to the car to stop it from flexing. once its all said and done i should be pushin low 150's on music and burping 155's hopefully !

what car? I would like to have a SUV or a bigger car, but **** gas is like 3.5$/gal around here and it went to like 6$/gal few years ago. So gas consumption is a big turnoff for me

If i lived in the States, i'll would be buying a big car for sure. It only cost me like 14$ to fill my car on your side of the border with my accent //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

haha jeeze. that does ****.. our gas was sitting around 3$ a gallon and a little more 6 months ago but now its only like 1.70.. not bad.. but i drive a 93 subaru impreza wagon.. its somthing like a honda civic hatchback only a little bit longer.. its got plenty of room and good mpg...
