And I think he's thinking about painting it...we'll see though. And yes, carpeting will take a lot of thought, patience, and time (not to mention carpet).

by 45*s in the corners, I meant in the port, to guide the airflow and give consistent port width and height...

^Yes i do that alot but the first 'corner' in the port did not get one...I may be cutting a 45 insert for the last corner on the bottom of the enclosure though.
