Outer dimensions? And how many cubes per sub?

shit sorry i didnt get back to you:crap: its outer dimensions are 42.5 wide x 23.5 deep x 21 tall. around 2.53 per sub. supposedly he tells me they need 2.66 per sub. couldnt find a website that had any more info. not really enough for any decent 15" driver imo

structurally same as screws?? you nail it before the glue is set and dry right. or do you do it while its clamped?

as long as the glue joints are tight together it doesnt matter what type of fastener you use because they dont do anything after the glue dries. the glue is what holds the box together

i take it you nail after the sides are set?? haha just askn cuz i wana buy a nail gun! also we have the same router!!! WOOT! reminds me i need to make a jig tom. and buy a up-cut AND A FLUSH TRIM. fvck haha sry fingers went crazy.

i dont really like this router lol. wish i had spent more money and got a porter cable or a hitachi. i hate when im doing circles and the plunge lock comes loose:crap: and yea definantly just make a jig. i used a homemade jig for the longest time, but once i started doing more volume of boxes i got the premade jasper jig. and i just got my flush trim bit. makes double baffle cuts much easier. just have to do one hole with the spiral upcut and then use the flush trim to cut the next circle. and thanks man
