Enclosure Build: 4 SA8's dual-kerfed port for gbo

This enclosure will be for gbo's (4) SA-8s and specs come to:

-1.24 cubic feet net per chamber

-35.5Hz tuning

-34.875 sq inches of port area

Let's get started...

The design:

Built-up for the roundover on the port ends...

Both...

Got the 45's in for the corners and port center...

And got the 2nd layer to the front mounted...

45'ed the port corner...

Had to wedge a piece of mdf in the port to keep the kerfs from coming together etc/holding right, so they arent sitting perfect but u get the picture...
