If I were to get 2 12" DD 9500 supercharged and run them off a m3b or m4 amp. What kind of electrical do I need? By that I mean how big of an alternator, What kind of battery under the hood, How many and what kind of battery in the trunk. Big 3 and runs of 0 gauge I know. I asked some car shop and they said you would need about 4 batteries. Is this true?

id say a good AGM or best battery that you could fit under your hood. 3 agm group 31s in back(id got with Deka or C&D battery brands) of course do the Big 3 and id say you could get away with just one run of 0ga as long as its a good brand or if you get like 2/0 welding cable, i mean if you want to run more you can. For the amount of current the M4 pulls you wouldnt need more then 4 runs(2 pos runs & 2 neg runs). Alt, ATLEAST a 250a, go bigger if you have the money to spend.

sorry to confuse you. i mean you do the big 3. Then the runs of wire would be seperate, they dont have anything to do with the big 3
